Parish Staff

Anglican churches are led by the Parish Priest (often styled "Rector" or "Vicar").  The Rector is assisted by other priests and deacons to administer the Sacraments, shepherd the church body, and faithfully preach the Gospel of Jesus.


The Rev. B. Keith Allen, Rector

Keith Allen has been the Rector of Holy Trinity since January 2010. Fr. Keith and his wife Kim have two children, Kat and John Calvin.  Regarding the parish, Fr. Keith comments that "we are people who have been saved by the gift of God's grace, and we hope to be people who share that grace with others." 

Keith and Kim both were raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Keith began pastoral ministry as a Southern Baptist pastor in 1990 and served Baptist churches in the Carolinas until 2004. He joined the adventure known as the Anglican Mission in 2004 when he was ordained as a deacon, then a presbyter in June of 2005. 

Prior to joining Holy Trinity, Fr. Keith planted Church of the Holy Spirit: The River (Anglican) in Blacksburg, VA and served as the Teaching Pastor at Church of the Holy Spirit in Roanoke, VA. He also had the privilege of teaching Systematic Theology at Faith (Classical) Christian School in Roanoke.

Father Keith holds degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty University in the areas of Biblical Studies and Global Studies (missions).  he has done further graduate study at RTS.

The Rev. Dr. Carey Vinzant, Assisting Priest

Fr. Carey Vinzant grew up near Raymond, Mississippi, where his father still lives.  Carey has been involved in various ministries since 1992, including urban ministries, youth work, teaching, curriculum development, devotional writing, small-groups, outreach to twenty- and thirty-somethings, and worship music.  He is a graduate of Mississippi College (B.A.), Wesley Biblical Seminary (M.Div.), and Concordia Seminary (Ph.D.).  Carey was ordained to the diaconate in 2005 and to the priesthood in 2007.    He currently serves as Professor of Systematic and Historical Theology at Wesley Biblical Seminary.   His family includes his wife Allene, his son Patrick, and their diminutive and thoroughly opinionated terrier Cookie.

The Rev. Deacon James (Jimmy) Fowler, Pastoral Care

Jimmy was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi with a couple of years each in Memphis, TN, and New Orleans, LA.  He has been a communicant at Holy Trinity since 2003 and was ordained a vocational deacon in January of 2015.  Vocational deacons perform a ministry of service both within and outside of the parish under the direction and guidance of the bishop and the parish rector.  Jimmy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (BA) and is currently a civilian employee in the accounting department at the United States Property & Fiscal Office, under the National Guard Bureau, for the Mississippi National Guard.  He has been married to his wife Helen since 1978 and they have a grown son Chris.

David Browne, Worship Leader  

David Browne became the Worship Leader for Holy Trinity Anglican Church in February of 2012.  He has been a part of Holy Trinity since 2007 and volunteered his musical gifts in the church for many years.  David brings with him a wealth of musical experience.

Beginning piano lessons at the age of seven, David studied throughout his school age years. The son of a pastor, he participated in church worship services at an early age. David attended Belhaven College where he studied piano with Anne Katherine Ragsdale and Jane Joseph. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2004.

After graduation, he led the music and choral program at Northpark Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi before coming to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.

Eva Humphrey, Children's Ministry Coordinator

Eva Humphrey became the Director of Children's Ministries in November 2013. She is married to Charles Humphrey and has two children, Thomas and Laelle. Her mother, Eileen, is spending her retirement years with the Humphrey family in Madison. Her family seeks to live theirs lives in the light of Jesus by being lead into a deeper relationship with The Lord. Eva actively disciples her children by homeschooling, various outreach ministries and life groups. Christ's life in their family's brought them to Holy Trinity in the Summer of 2013 and led her to share and lead in His plans for the children of Holy Trinity.

Jo Ann Duke, Church Administrator

 Jo Ann became our Church Administrator on August 1, 2016.  Jo Ann is a retired teacher who loves the Lord and seeks to serve him here at Holy Trinity.  She bring myriad mission experiences to our table and shares a love of all peoples with our Holy Triinity family.

Church Vestry

In addition to the church staff, a group of lay-persons called the "Vestry" is selected by the church to assist the Rector in planning, decision making, and church ministry.  The chairman of the Vestry is called the "Warden".  These men and women are pleased to represent and minister to our vibrant church community.
