Crossroads

The Crossroads Ministries facility opened in 2007 as a place of refuge in the storm where women can put the pieces of their lives back together. It is a two-phase operation. The first is where women come in from prisons, treatment centers, or abusive situations and find a safe and positive environment for up to 120 days. The second phase places more independence on the women and supports and encourages them to find jobs, start paying rent, and learn to live on their own again.

Crossroads Ministries cannot be maintained without the financial and volunteer support of the community. The services are all provided free of charge to the women who come to these two homes. Join Holy Trinity in changing the lives of these girls and showing them Jesus.

In His Steps

In His Steps Ministries continues to use innovative and specialized ministries to impact the lives of at-risk children, youth, and their families in the Canton, MS, area through intervention and preventive services. Over the past 22 years, they have seen young people exceed the expectations placed on them by society and go on to attend college and contribute positively to society. Holy Trinity partners with In His Steps through tutoring programs, sports ministry, summer camps, and academic enrichment. We are proud to partner with them to empower a new generation of Canton’s youth.

Young Life

Young Life doesn’t start with a program. It starts with adults concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don’t happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency.

Young Life leaders log many hours with kids around the world — where they are, as they are. We listen to their stories and learn what’s important to them because we genuinely care about their joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks.

We believe in the power of presence. Kids’ lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God’s love with them. Because their leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose.

This is the first step of a lifelong journey; the choices they make today, based upon God’s love for them, will impact future decisions … careers chosen, marriages formed and families raised. All ripples from the time when a Young Life leader reached out and entered their world.
